uncommon things in the last 12 hours
- a cab driver listening to a grade schooler’s tape on how to speak English.
- a headless animal carcass being roasted on a spit. pandan leaves stuffed up its ass. couldn’t say if it were a dog (hope not) or a small calf.
- not hungry! i think i’m back to my small portions mode. hooray!
- thinking about real estate… and other things on my want list.

I have stitches on my gums! How cool is that!
Dropped by the dentist yesterday (oh, it’s Saturday already, so, the other day) for filling (about 2), cleaning and extractions. I thought I’d only need one wisdom tooth pulled but turns out I need ALL 4 pulled. Err, as i predicted, it hurt my wallet more than having to go through the pulling and drilling or the needles of anesthesia.
Not a fan of medicine but I do enjoy going for...

Noticed something incredibly strange over the past 2 nights: when I slept without my eye mask, I remembered my dreams. Or, maybe a more accurate description would be, I saw my dreams. Now I remember why I don't nap in the afternoon
It screws up my internal clock so now my body thinks it’s 10AM (it’s 930PM, Saigon time). And I have a 930AM meeting tomorrow which I have to come in early for to prepare. But that’s tomorrow. For now, I think I’ll just knock myself out posting stuff that’s loooong overdue. In no proper order at that.
